Newman v. Area Housing Commission
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 25, 1984 · Mills, Nimmons, Smith

Newman v. Area Housing Commission

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

Newman filed suit against the defendants for personal injuries which she sustained allegedly as a result of the defendants’ failure to warn her of an inherently hazardous condition existing in a building owned by Area Housing Commission. The trial court entered final summary judgment in favor of the defendants. We affirm the final judgment on authority of Schoen v. Gilbert, 436 So.2d 75 (Fla. 1983).

AFFIRMED.

SMITH and NIMMONS, JJ., concur.
