Kubski v. Schaefer

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. We are in no position to disturb the findings of fact of the trial judge made in the face of conflicting evidence as to the existence and extent of termite infestation in appellees’ house and the related issue as to the valid cost of repair of any such damage. We also find no error by the trial court in allowing the appellee property owner to testify as to the existence and extent of termite infestation in the house.

ANSTEAD, C.J., and LETTS and BERA-NEK, JJ., concur.
