Taylor v. Huntley Jiffy Stores, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

In this workers’ compensation action, Taylor appeals from the deputy eommis-*1018sioner’s order denying his petition for modification. We affirm. It appears, however, that the deputy overlooked the employer/ carrier’s admitted liability for the claimant’s visit to Dr. Faris on 9 February 1983.

The order is AFFIRMED with the requirement that the employer/carrier reimburse the claimant for the cost of her visit to Dr. Faris on 9 February 1983.

SHIVERS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
