Lopez v. Andy Sayyah & Associates
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided June 8, 1984 · Mills, Shivers, Wigginton
452 So. 2d 129; 1984 Fla. App. LEXIS 13484 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Lopez v. Andy Sayyah & Associates

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

The deputy commissioner correctly denied Lopez’ claim for temporary total disability benefits for the period from 1 May 1982 to 1 January 1983. The evidence showed that Lopez reached maximum medical improvement on 30 April 1982, that he was capable of engaging in work, and that he failed to perform an adequate work search.

AFFIRMED.

SHIVERS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
