Meares v. Revels Ford Tractor Co.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided October 19, 1984 · Boardman, Grimes, Scheb
456 So. 2d 1339; 9 Fla. L. Weekly 2227; 1984 Fla. App. LEXIS 15539 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Meares v. Revels Ford Tractor Co.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

There is sufficient evidence in the record to sustain the entry of the amended final judgment against appellants John Meares and Dorothy Meares. However, the appel-lee concedes, and we agree, that the evidence was insufficient to justify judgment against the corporate appellant. Accordingly, the judgment against John Meares and Dorothy Meares is affirmed, and the judgment against Meares Indian Rocks Landscaping, Inc., is reversed.

BOARDMAN, A.C.J., and GRIMES and SCHEB, JJ., concur.
