Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

LETTS and DELL, JJ., concur. ANSTEAD, C.J., dissents with opinion.

Dissenting Opinion

ANSTEAD, Chief Judge,

dissenting.

I would reverse on the authority of Munford v. State, 343 So.2d 67 (Fla. 2d DCA 1977) and English v. State, 301 So.2d 813 (Fla. 2d DCA 1974), because of the trial court’s failure to grant the appellant’s motion to compel identity of the confidential informant.
