Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s order dismissing the information charging aggravated battery upon the binding authority of Goswick v. State, 143 So.2d 817 (Fla. 1962); see also State v. Nixon, 295 So.2d 121 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974); and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
