Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to stipulation of all of the parties, we hereby reverse the judgment entered in favor of Vito Nigrelli, Vera Nigrel-li, and Morningside Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc., entered on September 7, 1984, and remand the case for further proceedings.
