Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 9, 1985 · Cobb, Dauksch, Upchurch

Samila v. Brunel

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a judgment in a fraud and conversion case. Because appel-lee failed to prove any of the alleged tor-tious conduct occurred within the statute of limitations time period, and because the evidence presented to support the verdict and judgment was legally insufficient, we reverse the judgment.

REVERSED.

COBB, C.J., and DAUKSCH and FRANK D. UPCHURCH, Jr., JJ., concur.
