Smathers & Rumrell, P.A. v. Unemployment Appeals Commission

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

Smathers & Rumrell, P.A., appeals to this Court from two orders of the Unemployment Appeals Commission upholding dismissal, for failure to prosecute, of its appeals to an appeals referee.

Appellant’s failure to exercise its right to a formal administrative hearing, with the attendant development of an adequate record, precludes review on the merits.

AFFIRMED.

SMITH and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
