Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse upon a finding that the state attorney was not empowered to represent the absent mother on issues relating to visitation, see § 409.2564, Fla.Stat. (1985), and that the mother was never furnished with proper notice that visitation would be considered.

Reversed.
