Jones v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The jury found appellant guilty of attempted burglary and the trial court orally adjudicated appellant guilty of attempted burglary. The written judgment erroneously recites an adjudication of burglary. We affirm the correctly announced judgment and sentence but remand for techni*1379cal correction of the written judgment to recite attempted burglary.

GLICKSTEIN, HURLEY and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
