Affirmed on authority of Capraro v. Lanier Business Products, Inc., 445 So.2d 719 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984), affirmed, 466 So.2d 212 (Fla. 1985). This affirmance is not to be construed as a comment on the merits of any of the issues being litigated by the parties, which issues will be resolved at a final hearing.

ANSTEAD and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., concur. BARKETT, J., dissents without opinion.
