We grant the petition for writ of habeas corpus and reinstate the appeal in this court styled Szyjka v. State, No. 84-2199. *678We do this upon authority of State v. Meyer, 430 So.2d 440 (Fla. 1983); Baggett v. Wainwright, 229 So.2d 239 (Fla. 1969); and Farmer v. State, 462 So.2d 82 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985). Appellant shall have forty-five (45) days in which time to file appellant’s main brief.
