Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have reviewed the scholarly final judgment here on appeal in light of counsels’ comprehensive appellate treatment. In our opinion the judgment basically finding the existence of an easement is a correct reflection of the facts and applicable law. No reversible error having been demonstrated, the judgment is

AFFIRMED.
