Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the summary judgment which is the subject of this appeal and remand for further proceedings. See Public Health Trust of Dade County v. Prudential Insurance Co., 415 So.2d 896 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982); Wills v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., 351 So.2d 29 (Fla. 1977); and Hermes v. Anton, 300 So.2d 46 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974).

Reversed and remanded.
