Demeritte v. Lehrer
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 2, 1986 · Daniel, Downey, Hurley, Leonard, Rivkind
487 So. 2d 1103; 1986 Fla. App. LEXIS 7102 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Demeritte v. Lehrer

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellants have presented three points on their appeal, which have been seriously considered. However, in view of the status of this record and the failure to properly preserve objection to many of the alleged errors, we are compelled to hold that reversible error has not been demonstrated.

DOWNEY, J., and HURLEY, DANIEL T.K., and RIVKIND, LEONARD, Associate Judges, concur.
