PER CURIAM.

This cause is affirmed on the authority of Lonestar Florida, Inc. v. Cooper, 408 So.2d 758 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982). We find no *352conflict between this case and Migliore v. Crown Liquors of Broward, Inc., 448 So.2d 978 (Fla. 1984).
