Arnold v. State

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

Percy Jerome Arnold was convicted and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment on separate counts of burglary and of grand *621theft. Appellant’s counsel has submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), alleging that no meritorious argument can be made on appeal. Having thoroughly reviewed the record, we too can find no reversible error. Accordingly, the conviction below is affirmed.

WIGGINTON and NIMMONS, JJ., concur.
