dissenting in part and concurring in part.

I concur in the opinion of the court with respect to appellants, Lorraine McDonald and Susan Hooker. I dissent as to appellants, Gussie Russ and Frank Russ, and would reverse as to them because there is nothing in the record to connect Gussie and Frank Russ to the fraudulent acts set forth in the findings of the court.
