Reversed and remanded on the authority of Phillips v. Marshall Berwick Chevrolet, Inc., 467 So.2d 1068 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985) and Glassalum Engineering Corp. v. 392208 Ontario, Ltd., 487 So.2d 87 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986).
