Owens-Illinois, Inc. v. Hoagland
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided January 8, 1987 · Cowart, Sharp, Upchurch
499 So. 2d 940; 12 Fla. L. Weekly 209; 1987 Fla. App. LEXIS 6240 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Owens-Illinois, Inc. v. Hoagland

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This petition for writ of certiorari is granted. The order of the circuit court requiring production is overly broad and quashed without prejudice to the entry of an order compelling discovery limited to items relating to the specific type of bottle and cap involved in the incident which forms the basis of the complaint.

UPCHURCH, C.J., and SHARP and COWART, JJ., concur.
