BOARDMAN, EDWARD F., (Ret.) Judge.

We affirm on the authority of Adkins v. Edwards, 317 So.2d 770 (Fla. 2d DCA 1975). In so doing, we are in conflict with Vandergrift v. Buckley, 472 So.2d 1325 (Fla. 5th DCA 1985).
