Affirmed; provided, however, that af-firmance as to appellant’s Point Four (Allegation Number Four) is without prejudice to appellant’s right to again proceed in the circuit court to seek relief under rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, by a *991properly-prepared motion containing appropriate and specific factual allegations.
