Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order of dismissal because we conclude the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing appellant’s case as a sanction. See Swindle v. Reid, 242 So.2d 751 (Fla. 4th DCA 1970).

ANSTEAD, GUNTHER and STONE, JJ., concur.
