PER CURIAM.

We find no departure from the essential requirements of law in the order under review. In so holding we have construed respondents’ discovery request, which seeks “files ... relating to the Villas of Orlando, Ltd., and the Fairmont Corporation,” as intended to produce only those records involving the relationship between Fairmont and the limited partnership and *47not all files dealing with Fairmont generally-
