PER CURIAM.

We affirm this matter on the authority of MacArthur v. Gaines, 286 So.2d 608 (Fla. 3d DCA 1973) and Post Houses, Inc. v. Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co., 469 So.2d 863 (Fla. 1st DCA 1985). We also affirm the cross appeal.
