Sun Broadcasting Co. v. Beckerman Associates, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 23, 1988 · Campbell, Lehan, Parker
522 So. 2d 108; 13 Fla. L. Weekly 786; 1988 Fla. App. LEXIS 1170; 1988 WL 24158 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Sun Broadcasting Co. v. Beckerman Associates, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The sole question presented to us on this appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial judge’s final judgment awarding appellee a real estate broker’s commission. While some essential facts were disputed, the record discloses evidence that would support the final judgment. It is not our role to reweigh that evidence. Finding evidence in support of the final Judgment, we affirm.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and LEHAN and PARKER, JJ., concur.
