Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We agree with the trial court’s finding that appellant failed to establish excusable neglect in its failure to timely respond to the summons and third-party complaint served upon it in this action. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court’s order denying appellant’s motion to set aside default.

AFFIRMED.

DELL and STONE, JJ., concur. ANSTEAD, J., dissents without opinion.
