Reversed on the authority of State v. Rodriguez, 523 So.2d 1141 (Fla. 1988) {jurat on sworn motion to dismiss defective where defendant failed to state affirmatively that allegations are true and correct).

Reversed and remanded for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
