Lewis v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. We find no error by the trial court with respect to the examination of the witness Jimmy Lewis, and we find that the appellant waived any claim of error as to the admission of identification evidence by failing to object in the trial court. See *948Snead v. State, 415 So.2d 887 (Fla. 5th DCA 1982).

ANSTEAD, GLICKSTEIN and GUNTHER, JJ., concur.
