Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s order of modification and remand with direction to restore primary residential responsibility of the mother. The record does not support the trial court’s bare assertion of a substantial change of circumstances. See Haines v. Haines, 417 So.2d 819, 820 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982).
