Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm upon authority of In re Guardianship of D.A. McW., 429 So.2d 699 (Fla. 4th DCA 1983). Such affirmance shall be without prejudice to the right of appellant, the maternal grandmother of Joseph Enrique Yuen-Chon, to apply for visitation rights under section 752.01, Florida Statutes (1987).

AFFIRMED.
