Cramer v. G & D Truck Parts, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided December 21, 1988 · Gunther, Peter, Stone, Webster
534 So. 2d 1249; 1988 Fla. App. LEXIS 5575; 1988 WL 135341 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Cramer v. G & D Truck Parts, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The issues raised in this appeal were resolved by the trial court as the trier of fact. Upon a review of the record, we cannot conclude that there was an abuse of discretion. See, e.g., Marsh v. Marsh, 419 So.2d 629 (Fla. 1982); Abrams v. Paul, 453 So.2d 826 (Fla. 1st DCA 1984). The final judgment is affirmed.

GUNTHER and STONE, JJ., and WEBSTER, PETER D., Associate Judge, concur.
