The appellee has filed a confession of error with which we agree. We hereby reverse and remand this cause to the trial court with directions that the order of dependency be vacated and that appellants be given an opportunity to appear by counsel, retained or appointed, depending upon the circumstances found by the trial court to exist upon remand.
