Pursuant to Rule 9.315(a), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, we affirm the order of the Division of Administrative Hearings that dismissed appellant’s rule challenge petition on grounds that he failed to *8demonstrate exhaustion of his available administrative remedies.
