Upon the undertaking, announced in open court by counsel for the appellee, that the settlement includes its payment of $3,500 to the appellant, the judgment below dismissing the cause as settled is affirmed. Robbie v. City of Miami, 469 So.2d 1384 (Fla. 1985).
