I concur herein for the same reasons recited in the companion case, Pettegrove Truck Service, Inc. v. Transportation Casualty Insurance Co., 553 So.2d 234 the decision which has been issued this date, and again express the wish that an opinion had been written herein which would have afforded appellants the opportunity for further review.
