PER CURIAM.

We affirm. See State v. Bryan, 287 So.2d 73 (Fla. 1973), cert. denied, 417 U.S. 912, 94 S.Ct. 2611, 41 L.Ed.2d 216 (1974); Blackwell v. State, 79 Fla. 709, 86 So. 224 (1920); Henningsen v. Smith, 174 So.2d 85 (Fla.2d DCA 1965); Hamilton v. State, 152 So.2d 793 (Fla.2d DCA), cert. denied, 156 So.2d 388 (Fla. 1963).

AFFIRMED.
