PER CURIAM.

We concur with the trial court that the suit is barred by section 95.10, Florida Statutes (1987). See Celotex Corp. v. Meehan, 523 So.2d 141 (Fla. 1988); Bates v. Cook, Inc., 509 So.2d 1112, 1113 (Fla. 1987).

Affirmed.
