Walker v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was charged and tried for a crime. He appeals upon the assertion that the trial court erred in denying his request for self-representation.

We affirm because this record reflects that appellant by his conduct did waive his right to self-representation. Brown v. Wainwright, 665 F.2d 607 (5th Cir. 1982).

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY, ANSTEAD and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
