PER CURIAM.

The state having confessed error in the denial of the motion to suppress pursuant to the following authority: Jenkins v. State, 524 So.2d 1108 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988); State v. Butler, 520 So.2d 325 (Fla. 3d 1988). The adjudication of guilt and the sentence thereon, be and the same are hereby reversed with directions to discharge the appellant.
