This appeal from a final summary judgment is governed by Illinois law, and we affirm based on Hartbarger v. Country Mutual Insurance Co., 107 Ill.App.3d 391, 63 Ill.Dec. 42, 437 N.E.2d 691 (Ill.App.Ct. 1982).
