Griffin v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided August 22, 1990 · Campbell, Scheb, Schoonover
565 So. 2d 896; 1990 Fla. App. LEXIS 6437; 1990 WL 121775 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Griffin v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s conviction for possession of cocaine and the sentence imposed. However, the order of probation erroneously reflects that appellant was adjudicated guilty of trafficking in cocaine. We remand for correction of that clerical error. Otherwise, we affirm.

SCHOONOVER, C.J., and SCHEB and CAMPBELL, JJ., concur.
