Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The appellee having confessed error in the order under review and we now having examined certain portions of the trial court’s record, we do now reverse the order denying the Petition for Dissolution of Guardianship Proceedings in Dade County rendered May 2, 1990, and return the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
