GUNTHER, Judge.

WE REVERSE. The State concedes that Count II, possession of cocaine, should be dismissed. Accordingly, we reverse and remand to the trial court with instructions to dismiss Count II.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

STONE and POLEN, JJ., concur.
