ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

Our order denying Allstate’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari is clarified. All work product of the insurer is protected by the attorney/client privilege even where the work is prepared prior to the filing of a lawsuit. The trial court must determine, before requiring the production of documents contained in the claim file, whether specific items sought by the plaintiffs were prepared in anticipation of the litigation. Otherwise rehearing is denied.
