Diaz v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Enrique J. Diaz, appeals an order of the trial court denying his motion for post-conviction relief under rule 3.850, *32Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. We affirm the order of the trial court based upon our ruling that the motion was untimely filed; and that his claims do not fall within any of the recognized exceptions to the application of the time limit.
