PER CURIAM.

In light of the filing of the initial brief of appellant, this court’s order of dismissal dated November 1, 1990, is withdrawn.

The judgment and sentence sought to be reviewed are affirmed. See Akbar v. State, 570 So.2d 1047 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990).
