Salmon v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 13, 1991 · Downey, Garrett, James, Walden

Salmon v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY and GARRETT, JJ., concur: WALDEN, JAMES H. (Retired), Associate Judge, concurring specially with opinion.

Concurring Opinion

WALDEN, Associate Judge,

concurring specially with opinion.

I believe this case should be affirmed only because the appellant failed to object to the facially sufficient reasons offered by the State to explain why it challenged the black prospective jurors. See Floyd v. State, 569 So.2d 1225, 1229-30 (Fla. 1990).
